We provide access to finance in Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex and Hampshire for established businesses of 12 months of more who want to grow, but who are unable to access conventional bank support

We can provide access to the following Business Growth Loan options

  • A business loan over an agreed term up to a maximum of 84 months with monthly repayments of capital and interest.
  • Available to successful, profitable & growing businesses that are 12 months or older based in Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex or Hampshire.
  • A loan of between £3,000 and £50,000.
  • Representative Example:

    Borrow £15,000 over 42 months. Total Repayment including interest and fees is £20,340.60. 42 monthly instalments of £484.30. There is a 5% arrangement fee of £750 (added to the loan). Interest (fixed) is 15% per year with a representative 19.74% APR. All loans are subject to status. Loans subject to satisfactory credit and affordability checks.

 

We will need the following documentation prior to considering your application; once we receive the required paperwork we will ensure you are kept fully informed of your application’s progress.

  • Business Plan with financial forecasts
  • Part 1 CBS Application – the Business
  • Part 2 CBS Application – Personal
  • Personal Survival Budgets for each Director
  • Copy of a suitable form of identification
  • Copy of 6 months business banking statements & 3 months personal statements
  • Recent (last 3m) proof of address
  • Last 3 years Annual Accounts
  • Year to date Management Accounts.
