The Let’s Do Business Group can provide business consultancy services through our team of business professionals and quality assured consultants.

Whether its developing a business plan or strategy, coaching or mentoring of senior staff and business owners, or just being a sounding board our team are here to help.

We also have access to the GROWTH Mapper tool which will help to analyse the strengths and weaknesses in your business and support the development of an action plan to help the business prosper into the future.

We offer a free initial consultation so that we understand your needs, and you get to know us. We will then agree how we will work together and our fees – this could be from a one off session, a short support programme or a longer term project.

Tim Brammer

Tim is a former Chief Financial Officer, operationally and commercially focused, with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning in Engineering and Manufacturing businesses.

Major involvement in all aspects of governance and control. Tim has had a hugely successful career working internationally to help businesses implement controls and disciplines to ensure achievement of objectives, including a multi-million pound USA company.

Tim has worked with a range of Corporations including General Dynamics, Servomex and BTG. More recently Tim has been supporting a range of locally based SME’s to develop forward strategies.

Jim Fletcher

Jim is a successful finance and business professional with 40 years’ commercial experience and an outstanding record of planning strategy, developing leaders and helping firms grow & surpass sales, marketing & profitability goals. Jim is a former MD of Marshall Tufflex Group a £40m Turnover manufacturing company.

Jim is also a experienced business consultant offering a highly personalised business support service, strategic planning, interim management, finance training, leadership coaching and traditional management consultancy - all personally tailored to client needs.

Graham Marley

Graham has successfully developed the Lets Do Business Group into a leading social enterprise – the group having been listed in the NatWest SE100 for four year and being the Growth Champion in 2016 and Runner up in 2018.

Graham has a finance background having been a Senior Relationship Manager at NatWest and established Capitalise Business Support (Lets Do Business Finance) which has become the leading Responsible Finance lender in the South East and East of England.

Graham has taken Non Executive Director roles on a number of bodies and Chaired the National Enterprise Network through a period of significant change.
