Let's Do Business Group awarded a contract with Herefordshire Council to Empower VCSE Sector through strategy and marketing support.
Let's Do Business Group has been awarded a prestigious contract by Herefordshire Council to provide strategy and marketing support to the voluntary, charity, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector in Herefordshire, to enable organisations in the county to grow and succeed.
Due to begin delivery in January 2025 and running until March 2025, this partnership ramps up the focus on support for the VCSE sector, which plays a key role in local economic growth as well as community wellbeing. Focused on enhancing available support for the VCSE sector, Let’s Do Business Group will be providing tailored support services that aim to enable organisations in Herefordshire to expand their skills and grow – through 1:1 support, advice on applying for funding, and workshops and events.
The aim of the programme is to equip VCSE organisations with the skills to expand their operations and increase their efficiency. To do this, Let’s Do Business Group will be offering a range of workshops and webinars to make this learning accessible across the county, including topics such as:
Business Planning for Social Organisations
Funding for Social Organisations and Bid Writing
Developing alternative funding streams
Hints and Tips for Procurement
Developing an Effective Pitch for your Organisation
As well as business support to enable VCSE organisations to plan for growth, Let’s Do Business Group’s marketing subsidiary, Let’s Do Marketing, will be delivering several marketing-based workshops to teach owners and employees of VCSE organisations to master their digital marketing and learn more about social media, email marketing, PR, Search Engine Optimisation and more.
The available marketing workshops will include:

Email Marketing
PR – Getting your Organisation Noticed
Marketing Strategy
Search Engine Optimisation
In addition to these workshops exclusive to VCSE organisations in the county of Herefordshire, participants will also benefit from free access to the entire Let’s Do Marketing events calendar – including a widened range of live webinars that cover topics such as Paid Advertisements on Social Media (Linkedin and Facebook), Using Canva and Social Media Scheduling.
