Newhaven Sites and Empty Property Fund

The Newhaven Sites and Empty Property Fund is a one­off capital fund designed to support the delivery of new sites and empty commercial floorspace that allows new and existing businesses to scale up and invest for the benefit of the town. The primary purpose is to increase and improve business accommodation and to help create new employment opportunities in the town.

Our team offer a free initial consultation to discuss what support you need to apply for the grant. We operate on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. If your grant application is successful you will pay a fee (agreed at the outset) of between 5 and 10% depending on how much you need us to do.
