Let’s Do Business Group Awarded Small Business Silver at Wellbeing at Work Awards 2025
Let’s Do Business Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Small Business Silver Award at the 2025 Wellbeing at Work Awards. This recognition follows our Bronze Award achievement back in 2024, marking another milestone in our ongoing commitment to promoting both a healthy and supportive work environment for our team.
The Wellbeing at Work Awards, organised by East Sussex County Council, celebrate businesses which prioritise the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of their employees. The Silver Award reflects the significant progress that has been made over the past year to further enhance our workplace culture, demonstrating the continued dedication in creating a positive, healthy environment.
Receiving the Silver Award in January 2025 is a great honour that demonstrates the progress our organisation has made. The journey doesn’t end with this recognition as we will be continuing to enhance our employee wellbeing programmes and ensuring that our workplace remains one where people can thrive, both personally and professionally.
The programme enabled us to focus on areas we hadn’t previously considered, while also recognising the great things we were already doing. It helped us communicate and promote wellbeing initiatives and events to all our employees in the most effective way. We were able to introduce an Employee Assistance Programme and provide menopause awareness training for all our managers, which have both made a significant difference. The Wellbeing Survey we introduced gave us invaluable feedback from our team, and the results showed a noticeable increase in staff satisfaction. This highlighted our commitment to supporting wellbeing, both inside and outside of work, with a growing focus on physical and mental health.
Ultimately, it has helped us create a more supportive and inclusive workplace culture for our staff and we are proud to be a part of a growing movement in East Sussex that values the mental, emotional, and physical health of employees.
“We are delighted to be recognised with the Silver Wellbeing at Work Award. We have worked hard across the Group to improve support to colleagues, which has been recognised through improvements in both annual Wellbeing and Staff surveys.”
We look forward to continuing our work and hope to inspire other businesses in East Sussex to take similar steps towards creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
